Named after an African American man who donated this building to the Legion after World War II, The George P. Davis American Legion Post is active in the community, sponsoring neighborhood events and providing computers for members to use. Today, veterans from World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam gather there for bimonthly meetings and events.
